Data sources and credit

yooev combines open and commercial location data with reliability reports contributed by drivers. Here is exactly where each part comes from.

Open Charge Map

Charging station locations, operators, connector types and power ratings.

Open Charge Map data is community-contributed and provided under its own terms. We credit it beside the map and on every station page.

Google Places

Additional charging locations and business status, used to widen coverage.

Used under the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google results are labelled as such in the UI.

yooev check-ins

Crowd-reported reliability: whether a charger is working, partial, or broken.

Contributed anonymously by yooev users. No accounts, and no personal data is stored with a report — only a random device identifier used to limit spam.

Station details wrong? Report the current status with a check-in on the station page — that is the fastest way to correct what other drivers see. For anything else, use the contact page.
